We would like to hear from any firms that are impacted by the proposed changes in the FCA’s consultation paper 25/37, specifically in relation to Chapter 4.

If you have any feedback, positive or negative, please let me know, so that we can input your thoughts into our response. The FCA are looking for responses to the consultation by the 27th of January, therefore please provide your feedback by the 20th of January.
