To apply for AMPS Membership, please complete the application form below. Please complete the form fully, providing all information requested. Your application will be reviewed at the next committee meeting.

Once approved AMPS Membership Secretary will contact you to process your application.

Cost

Annual fee is £425 which is invoiced in April every year. There are no pro rata discounts and AMPS is not VAT registered.
