To be eligible for Full membership a firm must either be the operator or professional trustee of a registered pension scheme; for Associate membership a firm must provide services to pension schemes. Membership of the Association is at the absolute discretion of the Committee.

AMPS Seminar & AGM 2026

DWP – Protecting Pension Savers – AMPS Response

AMPS has now submitted its formal response to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) consultation, “Protecting Pension Savers – Proposals to Amend the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Conditions for Transfers) Regulations 2021.”
