Noline is a highly experienced financial services regulatory lawyer with an in-depth knowledge of financial services law in the UK and the EU. Her experience includes obtaining regulatory authorisation and approvals, advising on conduct of business matters and assisting clients with cross-border regulatory issues. Noline has particular expertise in client assets and self-invested personal pensions.

Noline trained with the then FSA and qualified into the General Counsel Division where she gained a unique perspective into the workings of the FSA’s non-contentious regulatory processes and structures. In private practice, Noline’s clients have included asset managers, banks, insurers and intermediary firms.

More recently, Noline spent over six months on secondment to the Retail Banking and Wealth Management division of a major global bank. The secondment provided invaluable insight into the challenges and commercial issues faced by banking clients.

Noline joined TLT in May 2015 as a Partner within the Financial Services Regulation team.
