Noline is a highly experienced financial services regulatory lawyer with an in-depth knowledge of financial services law in the UK and the EU. She trained with the then Financial Services Authority and qualified into the General Counsel Division, where she advised on a broad range of regulatory issues ranging from General Insurance to European law matters. She gained unique insight into the workings of the FCA’s contentious and non-contentious regulatory processes and structures.
