AMPS MEMBERS
AMPS expects our members to act with integrity, professionalism, and care for their clients, as outlined in the Constitution and the Code of Conduct.
We vet applicants before membership but do not provide ongoing monitoring. Membership reflects initial acceptance, not continued endorsement. Being listed as an AMPS member is not a recommendation. Please conduct your own due diligence before engaging any member.
USE OF AMPS NAME & logo
Only current AMPS members are permitted to reference AMPS or use our logo on websites, letterheads, or promotional material. If we become aware of non-members doing so, we will request immediate removal. To verify genuine AMPS members, please refer to our official list, which can be found by using the search function below.
PENSION LIBERATION
Pension Liberation poses a serious threat to the pensions industry. As AMPS members, you are expected to uphold the highest professional standards and report any suspicions of such activity to the relevant authorities (HMRC, FCA, SOCA). If you have concerns about an AMPS member, please contact us confidentially via the website. All reports are handled discreetly, and we may take action where appropriate.
Continue using the Forum to raise questions and share best practices—this helps keep everyone informed about the evolving risks and challenges.
By working together, we can support efforts to combat Pension Liberation and protect the public.
